Routine Cleans:
While every home is a little bit different in size, number of bathrooms, and usage, most routine cleanings will range between $180 and $230. Different factors such as sq. footage, bathrooms, pets, upkeep, and number of residents in the home will generally determine scope of services and labor cost.
Routine Cleans - Initial Cleans:
Sometimes homes need a little more love on the first clean. Unlike many companies, we do not require your first clean to be a deep clean. We simply suggest custom add-ons to your routine services on an as needed basis. These include items like inside appliance cleaning, grout detailing, or baseboard deep cleaning. We then adjust accordingly for additional product and labor cost. Add-on costs will vary, but generally range between $40 and $90 per add-on. This allows us to charge only for what you actually need on the initial clean while helping us bring your home to a maintenance level.
