IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASE:

 

*Insurance - We are fully insured under "Janitorial Services." Due to insurance regulations we do not lift objects heavier than 25 lbs (couches, beds, dressers, appliances) or use ladders greater than 24 inches.  We are happy to use our tools to reach underneath/around areas.

 

*Please be advised that we are a cleaning company and not a restoration company.  We are not licensed or insured to clean hazardous waste including but not limited to mold, insect infestations, urine or feces (with the exception of inside toilets), crime scene cleanup, bodily fluids, or any other biohazardous material.  For these type of jobs we recommend contacting a restoration company.

 

*Inside cabinets can be added on as separate package for move in/out cleans.

 

*We do not offer post-construction cleans.  Special tools/insurance are required to clean after construction due to sharp objects such as broken glass, wood chips, nails and screws.

 

*Walls/Ceilings - Due to potential paint peeling we do not wet clean large wall surfaces with the exception of trim and baseboards.  We are happy to dry dust these areas but recommend painting rather than wet cleaning large wall areas.

 

*Windows - For detailed window cleaning we like to recommend using a window cleaning company.  They are outfitted and insured to clean inner and outer window faces, window screens, and window tracks.  We are happy to clean accessible inside window panes and inside facing ledges which can be added as a separate service item.

 

*Hardwood floors - In effort to preserve the life of all hardwood surfaces, we clean using a ph-neutral, gentle surfactant.  We will not use heavy product on wood floors or apply floor glosses as they can create significant damage.  If your floors are in poor shape we recommend professional refinishing.

 

*Trash - We do not haul trash/junk into or off the premise or offer junk removal services.  For trash disposal homeowner must have designated bins.

 

*We kindly request that floors and horizontal surfaces are picked up and free of clutter.

 

*All pets must be in a separate area from the service area.

 

*Home must be unoccupied during your deep cleaning service.  Home may be occupied during routine services, so long as homeowner is in a separate area from the service area.

 

*We will contact you within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri, 9-5) of purchase to schedule your clean.  Please allow up to two weeks for booking.

 

*Service is non-refundable.  If we ever miss an item listed in our scope of services we are happy to return for a touch-up clean.
