WHAT'S INCLUDED
 
Common areas are considered to include stairs/halls, living rooms, finished basements, foyers/mudrooms, and playrooms.  
 
Dust accessible light fixtures, ceiling fans (under 10 feet height), decorative items, inside facing window ledges, decorative items, cleared furniture surfaces, trim/molding, and baseboards.  Vacuum furniture or wipe down leather furniture. Wipe down finger prints/pet nose prints from inside slider doors/french doors (if applicable).  Empty small trash cans and replace liners.  Vacuum floors/stairs.  Microfiber mop floors/stairs if hard surface.
 
*Note - kindly have floors and furniture surfaces picked up and free of clutter so that they can effectively be cleaned.  We thank you in advance!
