WHAT'S INCLUDED
 
Common areas are considered to include stairs/halls, dining spaces, living rooms, finished basements, foyers/mudrooms, and playrooms.  
 
- Deep dust accessible light fixtures, ceiling fans (under 10 feet height), decorative items, inside facing window ledges, decorative items, cleared furniture surfaces, trim/molding, and baseboards. 
 
-Vacuum furniture or wipe down leather furniture.
 
-Wipe down dining table.
 
- Wipe finger-prints/dog nose prints from inside sliders/french doors (for homeowners with pets). 
 
- Wipe baseboards. 
 
- Empty small trash cans and replace liners. 
 
- Vacuum floors/stairs. 
 
- Microfiber spray and mop floors/stairs if floor is a hard surface.
 
*Note - kindly have floors and furniture surfaces picked up and free of clutter so that they can effectively be cleaned.  We thank you in advance!
